Refund Policy

Every Axavive order is covered by our 90-day money-back guarantee. If you are not delighted for any reason, we will refund your purchase. The full terms are below.

1. The guarantee in one paragraph

You have 90 days from the delivery date of your order to request a refund. Email support@axavive.com with your order number and we will refund the full purchase price of the product (excluding original shipping where applicable) to the payment method you used at checkout. You do not need to send full bottles back to qualify — even empty bottles are acceptable.

2. What is covered

  • Any Axavive dietary supplement purchased directly from https://axavive.com.
  • All bundle sizes — Starter (1 bottle), Most Popular (3 bottles) and Best Value (6 bottles).
  • Both opened and unopened bottles. The guarantee covers customer satisfaction, not just unused product.

3. What is not covered

  • Products purchased from third-party retailers, marketplaces or resellers. Those orders are governed by the seller's policies, not ours.
  • Refund requests submitted more than 90 days after the delivery date recorded by the carrier.
  • Digital bonus materials, which are intangible goods. We cannot "uninstall" PDFs once they have been delivered, so they are excluded from the refund amount of bundle orders. The physical product portion remains fully refundable.
  • Products that have been altered, tampered with or damaged by misuse.

4. How to request a refund

  1. Email support@axavive.com (or use our contact form) within 90 days of delivery with the subject line "Refund request — [your order number]".
  2. Include the order number from your confirmation email, the email address on the order, and a short note describing the reason for your refund. The reason is optional but it helps us improve.
  3. Our customer-care team will reply within 1 business day with return instructions and, where required, a prepaid US return label for unopened bottles. You do not need to return opened or empty bottles.
  4. Once we receive your reply (or the return tracking shows the package in transit), we will issue the refund. Most refunds clear within 3–7 business days.

5. Processing times

  • Credit / debit card — refunds typically appear on your statement within 3–7 business days after we issue them, depending on your bank.
  • PayPal — usually instant once we issue the refund.
  • Other payment methods — handled according to the processor's standard timing.

6. Partial refunds & exchanges

If you want to exchange one SKU for another (for example, downgrade from a 6-bottle bundle to a 3-bottle bundle), let us know within 90 days and we will refund the price difference. We do not offer store credit; all refunds are returned to the original payment method.

7. Damaged, defective or incorrect orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, please email support@axavive.com within 14 days of delivery with photos of the packaging and product. We will ship a replacement at no cost or issue a full refund — your choice.

8. Non-delivery & lost packages

If carrier tracking shows your package as delivered but you have not received it, please first check with members of your household and your local post office. If the package is still missing after 7 days, contact us and we will work with the carrier to resolve the issue or re-ship at our cost.

9. Order cancellations

Orders can be cancelled at no cost before they enter our fulfillment queue (usually within 12 hours of placement). After the order has shipped it can no longer be cancelled, but the 90-day money-back guarantee still applies.

10. Chargebacks

We commit to resolving every refund request quickly and fairly. Please contact us before initiating a chargeback with your bank — most chargebacks are the result of a simple misunderstanding that we can resolve in minutes. Filing a chargeback without contacting us first may delay your refund and forfeit any future order discounts.
