Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how Axavive LLC ("Axavive", "we", "us" or "our") collects, uses, shares and protects personal information when you use https://axavive.com or purchase our products.

Last updated: May 26, 2026

Effective date: May 26, 2026. By using this website or submitting personal information to us, you agree to the practices described below. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the site.

1. Who we are

The controller of your personal information is Axavive LLC, located at 1209 Mountain Road Pl NE, Suite N, Albuquerque, NM 87110, United States. You can contact us at any time at support@axavive.com or through the contact form.

2. Information we collect

We collect the following categories of personal information:

  • Identifiers & contact data — name, email address, postal address, telephone number, and (for orders) billing and shipping address.
  • Commercial information — products purchased, order history, refunds and returns, customer-service correspondence.
  • Internet activity — IP address, user-agent string, device type, browser, language, referring URL, pages viewed, interactions with our content and approximate location derived from IP.
  • Payment data — payment-method tokens and the last four digits of your card. Full card numbers are processed by our PCI-DSS-compliant payment processors and are never stored on our servers.
  • Inferences — preferences and characteristics inferred from interactions with the site, used to personalize content and improve our products.
  • Communications you send us — the contents of the contact form, support tickets, product reviews, and any other messages you send to us.

3. How we use personal information

We use personal information for the following purposes:

  • To process and fulfill orders, including shipping and returns.
  • To provide customer service and respond to questions and complaints.
  • To send transactional emails (order confirmations, shipping updates, refund notifications) and, with your consent, marketing emails.
  • To operate, maintain, troubleshoot and improve the website and our products.
  • To measure the performance of marketing campaigns and analyze aggregate site traffic.
  • To detect, prevent and respond to fraud, abuse, security incidents and other harmful activity.
  • To comply with legal obligations, tax and accounting requirements, and to enforce our Terms of Service.

If you are located in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom or Switzerland, we process your personal information on the following legal bases:

  • Performance of a contract — to process orders, deliver products and provide customer service.
  • Consent — for marketing communications, non-essential cookies and the use of optional analytics technologies. You can withdraw consent at any time.
  • Legitimate interests — to operate and secure the site, prevent fraud, improve our products and (where permitted) for direct marketing of similar products to existing customers.
  • Legal obligation — to comply with tax, accounting and consumer-protection laws.

5. Cookies & similar tracking technologies

We use cookies and similar technologies (pixels, local storage, SDKs) to operate the site, remember your preferences, secure your session, and — with your consent — measure performance. You can review and change your choices at any time using the cookie banner at the bottom of the site. Browsers also let you delete or block cookies.

The categories we use:

  • Strictly necessary — required for the site to function (e.g. session, shopping cart, security). These cannot be turned off.
  • Preferences — remember choices like language and cookie-consent state.
  • Analytics & performance — help us understand aggregate usage. Examples: Google Analytics 4, Meta Pixel, Plausible (when enabled).
  • Marketing — measure conversions and (with consent) show relevant advertising on third-party sites.

6. Service providers we rely on

We share personal information with a small set of trusted vendors who act on our behalf. Each is contractually bound to use the information only for the services they provide to Axavive:

  • Supabase Inc. — hosted PostgreSQL database, file storage and authentication for our customer accounts and order data. Data is encrypted in transit and at rest.
  • OpenAI, L.L.C. — generative-AI APIs used to power customer-support automation and content tooling. We do not use your information to train OpenAI models; data submitted to the OpenAI API is retained per their API data-usage policies.
  • Resend, Inc. — transactional email delivery (order confirmations, customer-service replies, contact-form notifications).
  • Netlify, Inc. — website hosting, edge caching and deploy automation.
  • Payment processors — Stripe, PayPal and/or other PCI-DSS-compliant processors handle card transactions.
  • Shipping carriers — USPS, UPS, FedEx, DHL and regional fulfillment partners.
  • Analytics — Google Analytics, Meta Pixel and/or Plausible (only when enabled and consented to).

7. Our own analytics

In addition to third-party tools, we collect a limited set of event data on our own infrastructure (Supabase) for product analytics and fraud prevention — for example, page views, button clicks, the SKU you added to your cart, and the URL you were referred from. This data is associated with a randomly generated session identifier and not with your real-world identity unless you have created an account or placed an order.

8. International data transfers

Axavive is headquartered in the United States, and most of our service providers process information in the United States and the European Union. Where personal information is transferred from the EEA, UK or Switzerland to a country that has not received an adequacy decision, we rely on Standard Contractual Clauses and additional safeguards as appropriate.

9. Data retention

We retain personal information for as long as it is necessary to provide our services, comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes and enforce our agreements. Order records are typically kept for seven years to satisfy tax and accounting requirements; marketing contact data is kept until you opt out; analytics data is retained in aggregated form for up to 26 months.

10. Your rights under GDPR (EEA / UK)

If you are located in the EEA, United Kingdom or Switzerland, you have the following rights:

  • Access — request a copy of the personal information we hold about you.
  • Rectification — correct inaccurate or incomplete information.
  • Erasure — ask us to delete your information, subject to legal retention obligations.
  • Restriction — ask us to limit processing in certain situations.
  • Portability — receive your information in a structured, machine-readable format.
  • Objection — object to processing based on our legitimate interests, including direct marketing.
  • Withdraw consent — withdraw any consent you have given, without affecting prior lawful processing.
  • Lodge a complaint — file a complaint with your local supervisory authority.

To exercise any of these rights, email us at support@axavive.com. We will respond within 30 days.

11. Your rights under CCPA / CPRA (California)

If you are a California resident, the California Consumer Privacy Act (as amended by the CPRA) grants you the following rights regarding personal information collected about you in the previous 12 months:

  • Right to know the categories and specific pieces of personal information we have collected, the sources, the business purpose and the categories of third parties with whom we shared it.
  • Right to delete personal information we collected from you, subject to certain exceptions.
  • Right to correct inaccurate personal information.
  • Right to limit the use and disclosure of sensitive personal information.
  • Right to opt out of any "sale" or "sharing" of personal information as those terms are defined under California law. We do not sell personal information in the traditional sense, but some advertising cookies may qualify as "sharing"; you can opt out via the cookie banner.
  • Right to non-discrimination for exercising any of the rights above.

To exercise your California rights, email us at support@axavive.com with the subject line "CCPA Request". We may need to verify your identity before responding.

12. Children

Axavive products are intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 16. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us so we can delete it.

13. Security

We use industry-standard technical and organizational measures to protect personal information, including TLS encryption in transit, AES encryption at rest in our database, access controls, and regular security reviews. No method of transmission over the Internet is 100% secure, however, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

14. Do Not Track signals

Our site does not currently respond to "Do Not Track" browser signals because there is no industry consensus on how such signals should be interpreted. You can manage tracking through the cookie banner.

15. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we make material changes, we will revise the "Last updated" date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, notify you by email or via a notice on the site.
